Optometrist

Graduated from the University of Western in London, Ontario and Bradford school of Optometry and Vision Science. He returned home in 2010 to join the practice with his father, Dr. Luc Boulay.

Phil, our optometric assistant, is a familiar face at our practice — he first joined our team in 2018 before stepping away to open his own fencing school, and we were delighted to welcome him back in 2026. He brings years of optical experience, along with a genuine care for our patients. He plays a vital role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and our patients receive the highest level of service.
